Jack has been coming to Johnson City for most of his life. Some of his earliest memories were made on this land, playing in the Pedernales River, deer hunting with family, riding side-by-sides through the ranch, and spending summers running around with his cousins. Over the years, this property became more than just land to him; it became a place where lifelong memories were made and family traditions were built.

Now, as a husband and father, Jack wanted to create an opportunity for other families to experience that same lifestyle and connection to the Texas Hill Country. Saddle Ranch was thoughtfully designed as a community of ranches where families can gather, build memories across generations, and enjoy the freedom and beauty of ranch living.

From the beginning, the goal was to create something different from the typical subdivision product. Instead of restrictive rules and overcrowded layouts, Saddle Ranch was designed with flexibility in mind.
