Jack has been coming to Johnson City for most of his life. Some of his earliest memories were made on this land, playing in the Pedernales River, deer hunting with family, riding side-by-sides through the ranch, and spending summers running around with his cousins. Over the years, this property became more than just land to him; it became a place where lifelong memories were made and family traditions were built.
Now, as a husband and father, Jack wanted to create an opportunity for other families to experience that same lifestyle and connection to the Texas Hill Country. Saddle Ranch was thoughtfully designed as a community of ranches where families can gather, build memories across generations, and enjoy the freedom and beauty of ranch living.
From the beginning, the goal was to create something different from the typical subdivision product. Instead of restrictive rules and overcrowded layouts, Saddle Ranch was designed with flexibility in mind. The HOA guidelines were intentionally kept simple and reasonable, strong enough to help protect property values and maintain the quality of the community, while still allowing owners the freedom to truly enjoy and use their land the way they envision.
Every ranch at Saddle Ranch was carefully planned to maximize usability, views, privacy, and overall feel. A major emphasis was placed on creating more square and balanced ranch layouts rather than long, narrow tracts, making each property feel larger, more functional, and more enjoyable than many other 5-, 10-, or 15-acre properties on the market.
Whether your vision is building a family ranch, weekend getaway, forever home, or simply owning a piece of the Hill Country to enjoy for generations, we hope you find a property here that fits your dream. More importantly, we hope Saddle Ranch becomes a place where your family creates the same kind of memories that Jack and his family have cherished on this land for decades.
